I recently completed my Ph.D. in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Rice University and am currently holding a one-year position as a Visiting Assistant Professor in I/O Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY. My general research interests include self-regulation and motivation, training, and personnel selection.
